The Brothers of Mu Alpha Alpha gathered at Christ Second Baptist Church for chapter worship service and award the church's Youth Group the necessary funds for their upcoming social event.
Brother JR Selby, Vice Basileus, presented a check of $1,500 to the Youth Group on behalf of the chapter. Brother Selby addressed the congregation and stated....
"The Brothers of Mu Alpha Alpha thank you and appreciate the opportunity to serve."
Christ Second Baptist is led by Senior Pastor, Brother Welton Pleasant, Mu Alpha Alpha Chapter Chaplain.

Orange County National Panhellenic Council (OC NPHC) Kick Off-Mixer
Irvine, CA
Approximately thirty (30) members attended the Orange County NPHC 2024 kick-off mixer at Paul Martin's American Grill - - Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA.
Opening remarks were delivered by immediate past OC NPHC President, Dr. Gabriella Jones of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Newly elected OC NPHC executive board members were officially installed into their respective offices. The brief installation ceremony was officiated by our very own Brother Eric Bell, who is also a past OC NPHC President.
Brother Eugene Pettiford, Immediate Past Basileus of Mu Alpha Alpha Chapter, was installed as the new Orange County NPHC Chaplain. Omega's leadership and presence was duly noted. In addition to MAA Brothers Bell and Pettiford, Terry Pritchett and Myron Reed were in attendance along with Brother Shedrick Collins from Tau Tau Chapter.

- Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
- Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
- Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity, Inc.
- Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
During the meet and greet portion of the gathering, guest were treated to a wide variety of tasty appetizers and libations while mixing and mingling. The event provided a great opportunity to renew acquaintances and make new friends.
